Account-Ability offers flexible implementation services depending upon customer preferences and requirements. In all cases the service is designed to maximise the business value and benefits you obtain from Corporate Planner software. Implementation consultancy is designed to achieve:
- Fast, transparent and progressive implementation
- Minimal disruption to ‘business as normal’ operations
- Exploit the self-serve capability of Corporate Planner software so that you have minimal dependence on on-going consultancy
- Skills transfer
Within this framework, our implementation service commences with a meeting to:
- Agree and confirm the requirements, define the overall design, and to identify the sources of data, and outputs/reports etc
- Confirm the implementation methodology which will vary depending on the customer’s preferences from:
- Collaborative implementation working from ‘day 1’ directly with key ‘designer users’ jointly configuring the solution
- Account-Ability front-ending the initial configuration and progressively involving users as implementation progresses
- Full turnkey implementation with handover, user training and ‘customer ownership’
The second option often appeal to customers since it minimises resource being ‘diverted from the day job’, whilst ensuring speed of implementation, effective skills transfer and customer ownership
Training
Account-Ability provides training that is:
- Focused on your specific Corporate Planner solution and models, comprising:
- Initial training of ‘power users’, in all aspects of model operation, data import, reporting and maintenance (eg adding new cost centres, accounts, reports etc)
- Training of the wider user group if you require this (frequently the customer will do this themselves using the ‘power users’ who have already been trained by Account-Ability)
- Refresher training
- Generic training courses and material can be provided by Account-Ability.
Account-Ability is also developing a number of general training videos for customers to access.
In addition, the software developers, CP Corporate Planning, run training courses for all customers. These are either online or at Corporate Planning offices. For a latest list of Corporate Planning courses:

Account-Ability Ltd provide a first line of support for Corporate Planner to all our customers. Customers can contact Account-Ability consultants directly via email.
